Refund Policy

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. We accept returns and exchanges on orders as long as the item is in its ORIGINAL and SELL-ABLE Condition, and not listed in our “Non Refundable Items” list below.

Returns: We accept returns for a refund up to 15 days after purchasing the item. We only accept and will refund items that are in their original, new, sell-able condition. PLEASE NOTE, shipping costs and taxes will NOT be refunded.To make a return follow the following steps:

1) Send us an email at udycustomerservice@gmail.com with the subject title saying “RETURN”

2) In the email, provide us with your name, order number and phone number.

3) In the email, provide us with your reason for return.

4) Now hit send. You will hear a reply back from us within 24 hours with further instructions and the address you should ship the product to. Please note, shipping costs and taxes will not be refunded.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges up to 15 days after purchasing the item. We only accept and will exchange items that are in their original, new, sell-able condition. Please note, we do not cover the shipping fee for the item that you will be sending back to us. To make an exchange follow the following steps:
